1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bp88 ("bp88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bp88 website, mobile web application, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and promotional features.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any restricted area of the bp88 platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately, all pending and settled bets will be voided, and any deposited funds may be withheld pending a full review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active bp88 account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per IP address in cases where only one player is associated with that device or address. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed for forfeiture.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a bp88 account:

• Employees of bp88 and its affiliates, and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have self-excluded from the bp88 platform during an active self-exclusion period
• Individuals previously banned from the platform for violations of these Terms
• Individuals acting as agents or proxies for another person in placing bets or operating accounts

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access bp88's full range of services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bp88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before you are permitted to make withdrawals or access certain platform features. bp88 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of the KYC process.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any change to your name, address, contact details, or payment method must be communicated to bp88 support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.

3.4 Account Currency

All bp88 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency of an account cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. bp88 does not apply currency conversion fees for transactions conducted through supported Bangladeshi payment methods.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bp88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available to all registered players from the account security settings.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bp88 will never contact you by email, SMS, live chat, or WhatsApp to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from bp88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify bp88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bp88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as authorised and valid.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bp88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No maximum deposit limit is imposed at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bp88 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your account balance depending on your issuing bank's processing times.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your bp88 account are from a legitimate source and are legally yours to use. bp88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account not registered in your name, bp88 reserves the right to withhold the deposit, void associated bets, and conduct an investigation before releasing any funds.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed the bp88 KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may be permitted to deposit and play but will not be permitted to withdraw until identity verification is complete. bp88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

bp88 targets a 15-minute average processing time for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional security checks are required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit, though bp88 reserves the right to apply a maximum on a case-by-case basis for large withdrawal requests, which may be processed in staged instalments at bp88's discretion.

6.4 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method

bp88 operates a same-source withdrawal policy: funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, bp88 may request alternative payment details subject to additional verification.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bp88 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable. bp88 will not process withdrawal requests that would reduce the player's balance below the outstanding wagering requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bp88 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets across accounts to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and withdrawing bonus funds before completing the required wagering. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided, and the account may be suspended.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and free bets not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and confirmed when bp88 issues a bet confirmation reference number. It is your responsibility to verify that the details of your bet — selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances permitted under these Terms or specific sport rules.

8.2 Odds and Markets

bp88 reserves the right to alter odds and suspend markets at any time without prior notice, including after a bet has been placed but before it has been confirmed. In the event that a bet is accepted at an erroneous price due to a palpable error, bp88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments in a sporting event. bp88 is not liable for any loss of betting opportunity arising from market suspension. Bets placed in-play are subject to a short acceptance delay to guard against latency-based advantage plays.

8.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: event cancellation, match abandonment, venue change that materially affects the outcome, or confirmed pricing error. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's bp88 balance within 24 hours of the void decision.

9 Casino Games

9.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All casino games offered on bp88 that are not live dealer games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes, poker hand results, or any other competitive element on the platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between bp88 and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the bp88 platform to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin or legitimacy.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, falsified identity documents, or any other deceptive means to register, deposit, or withdraw.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the bp88 platform without bp88's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of bp88's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if bp88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bp88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise.

bp88 does not warrant that the platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. While bp88 employs reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond bp88's reasonable control.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bp88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bp88 will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bp88 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Closing your account under these circumstances will not affect your entitlement to withdraw any available balance subject to normal verification procedures.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. These Terms shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with their plain English meaning and the general principles of fairness and good faith.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bp88's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to resolution through good-faith negotiation between the parties. bp88 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly through its customer support channels.
